Job summary

BrightBox Group in the United Kingdom seeks an Oracle Functional Delivery Lead for a pivotal Fusion ERP/EPM implementation. Lead AMS/production support, manage service transition, and oversee hypercare exit criteria, SLAs, and change processes across GL, AP, AR, and EPM domains.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, coordinate workstreams, and guide consultants while ensuring data migration, security, and testing integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Oracle ERP/EPM functional delivery, including Fusion Cloud experience.
• Large Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM implementations or major rollouts.
• Strong data migration, security, controls and testing knowledge from a functional perspective.

Job description

Job Title: Oracle Functional Delivery Lead

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initially 6 weeks

Location: Hybrid (Newcastle Upon Tyne 1 day per week)

Position Description:

As an Oracle Functional Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of a pivotal Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementation project. Your responsibilities include leading the AMS/production support leadership, managing service transition, overseeing hypercare exit criteria, and handling SLA ownership. You will govern incident/problem/change processes and take responsibility for the quarterly-update regression.

Working closely with various teams, you will ensure process integrity across core functionalities and integrations, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will lead functional workstreams encompassing GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects/PPM, as well as EPM processes including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and Smart View.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

Proven experience leading functional delivery on large Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations

7+ years Oracle ERP/EPM functional delivery, including 4+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud and at least one full lifecycle Fusion ERP/EPM implementation or major rollout.

Strong understanding of data migration, reporting, security, controls and testing dependencies from a functional perspective
