Inara, working with a leading investment bank, seeks an experienced Oracle Financials Technical Developer on a contract basis to support and evolve the Oracle EBS estate and OCI migration programme. The role combines BAU support with a major cloud transition from on-premises systems.

You will liaise with Finance, Technology and partners, applying Oracle EBS expertise and a pragmatic product-owner mindset to deliver a successful migration and resilient, scalable future operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Oracle EBS development and support experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations.
• Comfortable engaging with IT and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in investment banking or financial services is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain core Oracle EBS modules (iProc, iExp, PO, AP, GL, AR, FA).
• Ensure system availability, technical enhancements and defect resolution.
• Lead migration of Oracle Financials from on-premises to OCI, including analysis, data migration, interfaces, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, infrastructure teams, vendors and partners.
• Identify opportunities to modernise, improve resilience, and supportability within OCI.
• Document current-state architecture, integrations, and customisations.

Details:

We're working with a leading investment bank / financial services firm to find an experienced Oracle Financials Technical Developer for a contract role supporting and evolving their Oracle Financials estate.

This is a great opportunity to work across both BAU support and a major Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration programme, moving a mature on-premises Oracle EBS environment into the cloud.

The role:

• Support and maintain core Oracle EBS modules - iProc, iExp, PO, AP, GL, AR and FA (Oracle Release 12.2.x)
• Ensure system availability, technical enhancements and defect resolution across the Oracle EBS estate
• Play a key technical role in the migration of Oracle Financials from on-premises infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) — covering analysis, application/data migration, interface remediation, testing and deployment
• Work closely with Finance, Technology, infrastructure teams, vendors and implementation partners throughout the transition
• Identify opportunities to modernise and improve resilience, scalability and supportability within OCI
• Document current-state architecture, integrations and customisations to support the migration and future operations
