Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an Oracle EPM Consultant for a London-based contract role (Inside IR35). The position offers a hybrid work pattern with 2 days in the office and London as the primary location.

The candidate will lead hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud configurations, including FreeForm, Planning or EPBCS, and will work across dimensions, forms, dashboards and data integration, engaging stakeholders and managing delivery lifecycles in a complex programme.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience.
• Experience with EPM Cloud, FreeForm, Planning or EPBCS in end-to-end lifecycles.
• Hands-on in dimensions, metadata, forms, dashboards, Calculation Manager, business rules, Groovy, Smart View and EPM Data Integration.

Job Description:

Essential experience

• At least five years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience, including significant EPM Cloud application configuration and development.
• Demonstrable Oracle EPM FreeForm, Planning or EPBCS implementation experience, with at least two end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
• Strong hands-on capability in dimensions, metadata, forms, dashboards, Calculation Manager, business rules, Groovy, Smart View, security and EPM Data Integration.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP actuals and finance data into EPM, including mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger structures, Chart of Accounts, financial dimensions, planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Proven delivery across functional design, configuration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder-facing, workshop, documentation and problem-solving capability in a complex programme environment.

Highly desirable experience

• Financial services or regulated Finance transformation experience.
• EPM Automate, release automation and configuration-migration experience.
• Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as FCCS, ARCS, EDM or Planning alongside Freeform.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification or equivalent demonstrable product expertise.
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, downstream reporting and audit-controlled finance processes.
