What is the role and company?

Join our team in London or Dublin as an EPM Project Manager on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will be part of a global EPM transformation programme aimed at optimizing our Oracle EPM Cloud stack, which includes FCC, PBCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS. This role involves supporting the department head on cross-functional projects to deliver new functionality using these tools.

What will I be doing?

1. Programme Support: Assist the department head in managing and delivering cross-functional projects within the global EPM transformation programme.
2. Tool Optimization: Focus on optimizing the Oracle EPM Cloud stack, including FCC, PBCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
3. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on EPM solutions.
5. Functionality Delivery: Ensure the delivery of new functionalities to the business across the Oracle EPM tools.
6. Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices.

What profile will I require?

1. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferably with major Oracle EPM programmes.
2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud tools (FCCS, PBCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS).
3. Finance Knowledge: Solid finance background to effectively challenge and support the business.
4. PM Qualifications: Project management qualifications are highly desirable.
5. Consulting Background: Experience in consulting is advantageous.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and teamwork skills.
8. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
