Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle EPM Senior Manager to join our team. This position focuses on delivering high-quality Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, primarily within the government and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle EPM solutions across various projects.
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the delivery and implementation process.
3. Navigate between technical and functional requirements to ensure seamless integration and operation of EPM systems.
4. Manage a significant pipeline of Oracle EPM opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle EPM propositions to provide value-driven solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Senior Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on government and defense projects.
• Ability to gain SC Clearance, with a preference for British nationals or dual nationals who have resided in the UK for over 5 years.
• Strong technical background, with an understanding of design elements and earlier technical career experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Higher education qualifications are advantageous, particularly in relation to government and defense sectors.
• Experience with Anaplan is beneficial but not essential.

Primarily London-based, with consideration for regional placements depending on the candidate and project requirements.
