Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, and troubleshoot issues to support business processes across GL, AP, AR, and cash management.

The role requires 15+ years' experience, strong SQL/PLSQL and Oracle EBS expertise, and a bachelor’s degree. Eligibility for public trust or security clearance and familiarity with R12 and APEX are highly valued at SMX.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle EBS development tools.
• Oracle EBS core financials knowledge with GL, Cash Management, Treasury.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with data migration, interfaces, and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute part of the time.
• Oracle APEX experience and EBS R12 knowledge.
• Procurement and projects costing module experience.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization: design and develop Oracle EBS apps, reports, extensions.
• Integration: build interfaces for data migration and integration with systems.
• Technical support: troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• System administration: perform system analysis, upgrades, and ensure performance.
• Testing: functional testing and debugging of RICE components.
• Documentation: maintain detailed documentation for development processes.
