Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality Oracle PL/SQL development work aligned with evolving project requirements
2. Enhance and support existing financial applications within an Agile development environment
3. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers to design, develop, and validate new features
4. Conduct root cause analysis and provide effective production support
5. Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing
6. Maintain technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence
7. Ensure all changes adhere to compliance, change management, and Agile standards

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Extensive Oracle development experience - with strong PL/SQL programming capabilities
2. Proven background working on financial applications or within the financial services sector
3. Solid understanding of Windows-based client and server applications
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio / C# (a plus, not essential)
5. Comfortable working in structured Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to work closely with cross-functional teams
7. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements
