Job summary

Atos Group is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to lead validation and cutover of Oracle data, ensuring integration with the wider platform and addressing platform issues to support performance and scalability testing.

The role requires hands-on MSSQL administration, leadership to mentor technical teams, and collaboration with governance processes to transition to business as usual. On-site/off-site hybrid working models apply across base locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience with strong expertise in Oracle 19c and Oracle 21c.
• Proven experience in Oracle platform administration and DBA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of database migration and reconciliation.
• Experience with infrastructure integration and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) administration.
• Communication skills: Must have excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation

Location: On-site 3 days/week at a base location Benton Park View (Newcastle), Manchester Corporate Hub, or Peel Park (Blackpool) hybrid.

Standard 8-hour day, MonFri.
