With a strong presence in the Oracle Cloud space, they are at the forefront of helping clients move critical systems to modern platforms. As an Oracle Data Migration Developer, you will work within dynamic teams on high-profile projects, designing and delivering robust, scalable data migration solutions. You will be heavily involved in mapping, transforming, and migrating data into new Oracle Cloud environments, and supporting the wider programme through technical documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.

As an Oracle Data Migration Developer, you will:

• Design and implement high-performing, scalable data mappings and transformations across various Oracle applications.

• Support key testing phases such as SIT and UAT, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.

• Contribute to planning activities and migration strategies to help structure successful delivery programmes.

• Build extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes, while resolving defects and managing migration artefacts.

• Collaborate with functional and technical subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions for complex client needs.

• Use open-source technologies and modern tooling alongside Oracle platforms to enhance delivery where needed.

• Play an active role in shaping best practices, frameworks, and delivery accelerators for future migration projects.

The ideal Oracle Data Migration Developer will bring:

• A proven background in delivering large-scale data migrations to Oracle Cloud.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS applications (e.g., Finance, HCM, Projects, Payroll) and a deep understanding of their data models.

• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, with additional skills across ETL tools and methodologies.

• Experience analysing complex data issues and designing practical, clear solutions.

• Knowledge of integration development for Oracle Cloud platforms, and a passion for new Oracle technologies.

• Familiarity with distributed delivery models (off-shore/on-shore teams) and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

• Exposure to cloud-based integrations, source code repositories (primarily Git), and modern development practices is desirable.

• SC clearance eligibility (or willingness to undergo clearance).
