Job summary

Kirtana Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Lead for a 6-month rolling contract in Reading. The candidate will be responsible for delivering Oracle CX projects including CPQ, CDM and RightNow, with hands-on techno-functional capabilities.

Knowledge of OIC integration and HCM is a plus, and experience with the utilities domain, client management, and vendor management is highly valued. The role requires strong solution leadership and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle CX products (CPQ, CDM, RightNow, OFS).
• Techno-functional candidate with hands-on experience on Oracle CX projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM is a plus.
• Experience in Utilities domain is desirable.
• Strong client and vendor management skills.
