A global recruitment specialist is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM in Leeds. Role details

Role Title: Senior Consultant

Contract duration: 6 months

Location: Leeds

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on UK Talent & Career Development & Learning modules for UK clients.
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Talent & Career Development, Pension, and Learning processes.
  • Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Talent & Career Development/Learning EBS, particularly within the UK Public sector.
  • Communicate effectively with others; lead and assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems.
  • Be well versed in the Support process and ensure complete ownership; resolve tickets within the SLA; obtain transition from incumbent vendor.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Talent & Career Development Batch Loader.
  • Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams; walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests; lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Talent & Career Development, Learning and other relevant modules.
