We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Service Transition Manager to oversee the transition of our client's IT systems to the Oracle Cloud platform. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with managing services from in-house to outsourced, and creating service transition plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a service transition plan for the Oracle Cloud platform.
• Manage the service management around Oracle Cloud, as well as the outsourced provider.
• Utilize ITIL 4.0 knowledge to ensure successful transition and delivery of services.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including HR, under pressure, and working with confidential information.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing service transitions to Oracle Cloud.
• ITIL 4.0 knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing services from in-house to outsourced.
