We are looking for a Project Manager with skills in the full Oracle Cloud Suite to engage with the business and support the full lifecycle of a Cloud delivery project. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in end-to-end Cloud transformation and implementation delivery for large-scale enterprises.
- Successfully delivered multiple Cloud projects.
- Experience with Cloud Core HR and relevant applications implementation.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR and related applications, with a comprehensive understanding of how HCM integrates into the overall ERP design and its relationship with other Oracle modules.
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
- Engage in advisory roles and deliver projects.
- Support the full lifecycle of Cloud delivery projects.
- Understand business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare business analyses.
- Liaise with the Business as the Project Manager and Oracle Cloud expert to oversee and advise on the overall solution.
- Manage projects to adhere to timelines and budgets.
