A top-tier Oracle Cloud Programme Manager is required to lead the successful ERP implementation and system adoption for a major UK-based organisation. You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of the transformation journey across ERP, HCM, and Payroll, while managing vendors, stakeholders, and internal streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Systems Integrator, Oracle, and any third-party vendors
• Take full ownership of the budget and financial reporting
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the steering committee
• Oversee key internal streams including UAT, training, and data migration
• Build and lead the integration team across functional areas
