You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of the transformation journey across ERP, HCM, and Payroll, while managing vendors, stakeholders, and internal streams.

Key Responsibilities

? Own the relationship with Systems Integrator, Oracle, and any third-party vendors

? Take full ownership of the budget and financial reporting

? Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the steering committee

? Oversee key internal streams including UAT, training, and data migration

? Build and lead the integration team across functional areas

Key Skills Required
