A top-tier Oracle Cloud Programme Manager is required to lead the successful ERP implementation and system adoption for a major UK-based organisation. You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of the transformation journey across ERP, HCM, and Payroll, while managing vendors, stakeholders, and internal streams.
Key Responsibilities
? Own the relationship with Systems Integrator, Oracle, and any third-party vendors
? Take full ownership of the budget and financial reporting
? Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the steering committee
? Oversee key internal streams including UAT, training, and data migration
? Build and lead the integration team across functional areas
Key Skills Required
Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Payroll programmes
Expertise in resource planning, recruitment, and stream delivery
Strong stakeholder and expectation management at senior levels
Proven background in vendor management and project governance
Hands-on experience with integration strategy and delivery
