An Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant is required to support a large-scale implementation for a UK-based client. This role demands strong functional and integration expertise, with a focus on multi-country Oracle HCM Time & Labor (OTL) delivery.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead stakeholder engagement and manage OTL-specific workstreams

? Own and document functional and technical integration specifications

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment

? Coordinate and communicate requirements with technical delivery teams

? Support rollout efforts across multiple geographies

Key Skills Required

Strong Oracle Cloud OTL implementation and configuration experience

Hands-on experience with HCM design, testing, and support

Proven track record with system integrations and data flows

Expertise in multi-country rollout strategies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
