Job summary
NTT DATA UK Ltd. is seeking a senior techno-functional expert in Oracle Cloud HCM to support and transform complex HCM solutions for clients in the UK.
You will architect end-to-end transformations, present solutions to clients, and act as the technical owner for Oracle Cloud HCM within ERP systems. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across client teams and NTT DATA, guide multi-disciplinary delivery with a focus on outcomes, data, and process improvements, and contribute to
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and HR end-to-end business flows.
- Expert functional knowledge of Core HR, Global Payroll (UK), Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Learning and ORC.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise to support and develop Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation.
- Present solutions to clients and address queries as Techno-Functional owner.
- Build relationships with client, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders.
- Act as the owner for Oracle Cloud HCM in ERP systems.
- Demonstrate strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
