Job summary

Yadimen Consulting Limited seeks a Release and Cutover Manager for Oracle Cloud HCM on a six-month contract, starting 1 October 2026. The role is remote-based in the UK with a day rate to be confirmed and IR35 determination pending.

You will own end-to-end release governance across development, SIT, UAT and production, mapping Oracle HCM environments to connected systems and ensuring payroll and regulatory milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience governing a route to live on a large ERP programme.
• Familiar with payroll cut-offs and parallel runs.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and quarterly updates.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Own environment strategy across development, SIT, UAT and production.
• Manage integrated release and cutover planning.
• Align Oracle updates with programme releases and payroll cycles.
• Gatekeeping entry/exit criteria for delivery leads.
