This key role requires leadership, deep knowledge of HCM solutions, and strong client engagement skills. The consultant will be responsible for leading solution design, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth deployment process.

• Strong understanding of full Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
• Experience in full UK HCM suite setup.
• Track record of leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director.

• Deep configuration skills across Core HR, Absence, and Payroll (UK)

? 5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM
• Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
• Work with internal Business Partners to support a smooth deployment process
• Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
