Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of the full Oracle Cloud HCM suite (UK focus).
• 10+ years’ experience in HCM solution delivery and implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership on multiple Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solution design and build.
• Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Identify risks and issues, escalating where necessary to the Programme Director.

Our end client is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to join a high-profile implementation programme. You will take the lead on solution design and delivery, working with both the Systems Integrator and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless deployment of the full Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead the end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solution design and build

? Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to ensure delivery aligns with business goals

? Identify risks and issues, escalating where necessary to the Programme Director

? Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams
