Job summary

A leading company is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for a key role in a fresh implementation programme. This position requires expertise in full Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and extensive leadership and client engagement skills. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution design and build, collaborating with external partners for quality delivery.

• Strong understanding of full Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
• Experience in full UK HCM suite setup
• Track record of leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments
• Deep configuration skills across Core HR, Absence, and Payroll (UK)

? 5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM
• Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
• Work with internal Business Partners to support a smooth deployment process
• Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
