With go-live approaching in six months, we are entering the most critical phase of theprogram. The regional deployment must successfully integrate the Oracle Core Model with arange of financial satellite systems, including:- Group-level tools: Cash Management, Financial Consolidation, Expense Reporting, e-Invoicing, and IDR
- Regional systems: Local Payroll Platforms
- Technical components: Batch Jobs, Interfaces, System-to-System Integrations
We are seeking a seasoned Finance IT Business Analyst to ensure all functional and technicalflows are aligned, implemented, and tested in close coordination with our Finance, IT, andCompliance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Model Integration with Financial Systems- Validate and help finalize critical configuration data (Chart of Accounts, Tax, Bank details,Mappings, Accounting Rules, cross validation rules)
- Oversee the implementation of interfaces between Oracle Fusion and satellite systems,ensuring functional fit and technical integrity
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across systems, includingreconciliation processes
- Review Group-level designs, challenge gaps, and provide regional insights to maintainglobal alignment with local flexibility
- Support data migration and conversion activities, ensuring readiness for cutover and go-live
Regulatory Compliance & e-Invoicing- Lead or support compliance-driven initiatives for e-Invoicing in India, Saudi Arabia &Egypt including platform integration and reporting
- Define compliant data flows and file formats; manage auditability and legal traceability
- Collaborate with legal and tax stakeholders to ensure alignment with jurisdictionalrequirements
- Support the implementation of the Arabic OCR solution, ensuring accurate invoicerecognition and seamless Oracle Payables integration
Batch Job Management & Sequencing- Coordinate batch scheduling, sequencing, and job dependency mapping across multiplesystems
- Design fault-tolerant workflows for nightly interfaces, data loads, and master datasynchronization
- Monitor and troubleshoot batch failures and system performance issues
- Propose and implement improvements to processing chains and job orchestration
Required Skills & ExperienceFunctional Expertise- Solid understanding of finance operations and processes: General Ledger, AccountsPayable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Treasury, Intercompany, and FinancialConsolidation
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, including configuration andbusiness process mapping
- Deep knowledge of finance data structures, compliance, and audit requirements
- Experience in data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
Technical & Integration Skills- Understanding of ERP integration tools and mechanisms: FBDI, APIs, REST/SOAPservices, OIC/ICS, file-based loaders
- Strong ability to analyze technical logs, XML/JSON payloads, interface failures, andreconcile output
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, middleware, and system interfacing concepts
- Experience working with batch scheduling tools like Oracle Scheduler, or equivalent
Change Management & Project Delivery- Experience in end-to-end ERP transformation projects, from design through UAT, go-live,and hypercare
- Able to drive workshops, capture requirements, and translate business needs intotechnical specifications
- Skilled in stakeholder management, especially across global and regional teams
- Strong documentation capabilities (BRD, Functional Specs, Process Flows)
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Soft Skills- Confident communicator and influencer across Finance, IT, and Compliance domains
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
- Comfortable operating in complex, multicultural, and matrixed organizations
- Fluent in English
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)- Experience with eInvoicing platforms (e.g., ZATCA, India IRP, Egypt eInvoicing Portal)
- Familiarity with OCR tools like ABBYY, Kofax, ReadSoft, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Understanding of local tax regulations, withholding tax, and VAT frameworks across theMENA and APAC regions
- Experience in master data governance, workflow configuration, and user access control
