Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Architect to join their dynamic team driving a major group-wide Cloud ERP Transformation project. This is a rare opportunity to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony Cloud solutions within the Retail and Food & Beverages sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, Oracle product teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and enterprise systems.
• Provide expert guidance on retail and F&B business processes including inventory, supply chain, warehouse management, sales, eCommerce, and POS.
• Identify gaps in standard Cloud ERP functionality and propose customizations or workarounds to meet business needs.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance processes throughout all ERP implementation phases.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower business users and project teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality services and adherence to timelines.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to maintain smooth operation of Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony applications.
• Support change management initiatives to facilitate successful adoption of the new ERP system.
• Contribute to the establishment of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Oracle Cloud ERP within Retail and F&B, defining best practices and governance models.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing operations and future upgrades.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of ERP experience.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud and MICROS Simphony.
• Proven track record as an Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Architect implementing large-scale ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of Retail and Food & Beverages business processes and maintenance operations.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments and data/change management.
• Behavioral competencies including quality focus, adaptability, decisiveness, and impactful communication.

Preferred:

• Retail industry experience.
• Professional certifications in Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony.
