Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an Oracle ERP Finance Transformation Consultant to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP finance transformations, with a focus on Record-to-Report. You will work closely with client finance teams to design, configure and validate finance solutions, ensuring a clean core and strong control.

You’ll engage in workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive go-live readiness, leveraging AI-enabled delivery practices and Oracle Fusion AI capabilities to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, focused on Record-to-Report.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, close, and reporting workflows in Oracle.
• Oracle certification or equivalent finance/industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate Oracle Cloud finance solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead workshops, manage client expectations and timelines, and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Support go-live activities and ensure successful delivery of finance transformations.
