Qualifications

• Expérience extensive en leadership de migration de données dans des programmes ERP Oracle Cloud.
• Compréhension des modules Oracle HCM et Financials.
• Expérience de gestion des fournisseurs tiers.

Responsibilities

• Gérer la relation avec le fournisseur de services d'intégration, Oracle et tous les fournisseurs externes.
• Contrôler le budget et le suivi des coûts pour les activités liées aux données.
• Fournir des mises à jour régulières au comité directeur.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration Lead to take end-to-end ownership of data migration workstreams across a high-profile Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation, with a focus on HCM and Financials. This is a pivotal client-facing role working in collaboration with a systems integrator and multiple third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

? Own the relationship with the SI, Oracle, and all external vendors for data migration

? Lead budget control and cost tracking for data-related activities

? Provide regular updates to the steering committee, ensuring alignment with programme milestones

? Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clarity on data ownership and responsibilities

? Oversee the implementation partner’s performance and quality of deliverables

Key Skills Required

Extensive data migration leadership experience within Oracle Cloud ERP programmes

Strong hands-on understanding of Oracle HCM and Financials modules

Ability to manage third-party vendors and integration partners effectively

Excellent communication and expectation management at all business levels

Prior experience in consulting and client-side delivery environments
