A leading company is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration Lead for a pivotal role in a high-profile Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation. This 6-month contract requires end-to-end ownership of data migration workstreams, collaborating with systems integrators and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, a strong understanding of Oracle's HCM and Financials modules, and exceptional communication skills, managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration Lead to take end-to-end ownership of data migration workstreams across a high-profile Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation, with a focus on HCM and Financials. This is a pivotal client-facing role working in collaboration with a systems integrator and multiple third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

? Own the relationship with the SI, Oracle, and all external vendors for data migration

? Lead budget control and cost tracking for data-related activities

? Provide regular updates to the steering committee, ensuring alignment with programme milestones

? Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clarity on data ownership and responsibilities

? Oversee the implementation partner’s performance and quality of deliverables

Key Skills Required
