Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fournir des mises à jour régulières au comité de direction.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration Lead to take end-to-end ownership of data migration workstreams across a high-profile Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation, focusing on HCM and Financials. This is a client-facing role working with a systems integrator and multiple third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with the SI, Oracle, and all external vendors for data migration
• Lead budget control and cost tracking for data-related activities
• Provide regular updates to the steering committee, ensuring alignment with programme milestones
• Manage stakeholder expectations and clarify data ownership and responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation partner’s performance and quality of deliverables

Key Skills Required

• Extensive data migration leadership experience within Oracle Cloud ERP programmes
• Strong hands-on understanding of Oracle HCM and Financials modules
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and integration partners effectively
• Excellent communication and expectation management at all business levels
• Prior experience in consulting and client-side delivery environments
