Job Title: Oracle Change Specialist
Location: London
Salary/Rate: £450 inside IR35
Start Date: August
Job Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Change Management Specialist to collaborate with our client's Business Change & Communications Lead. In this role, you'll manage change across multiple projects, lead workshops, and drive effective communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Change Lead in meetings and manage change plans across multiple projects.
  • Lead workshops to identify stakeholder impacts, conduct Training Needs Analysis, and develop "Train the Trainer" content.
  • Build feedback channels across the organisation to ensure alignment with business priorities and adoption goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive change strategies that prioritise delivery in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and status updates in collaboration with Change Analysts and PMO.
  • Support the creation and promotion of a programme brand with clear standards and messaging.


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in change management, with experience in ERP/Oracle
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator, with experience using e-learning, AI, and digital content.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and skilled in developing strategic change plans.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly as needed.
  • Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, particularly in large-scale, complex environments.
  • Ability to manage resistance to change through tailored interventions and clear, actionable communication.
