Job summary

Square One Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Solution Architect to lead the overall solution architecture and design activities for an Oracle CC&B 25.4 upgrade programme.

The role requires extensive Oracle CC&B expertise, proven upgrade experience and the ability to take ownership of solution design, technical architecture and stakeholder engagement throughout the upgrade life cycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle CC&B experience and strong solution architecture background.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle CC&B upgrades, preferably multiple.
• Experience acting as a Solution/Technical Architect on CC&B implementations or upgrades.
• Strong requirements analysis, solution design and CC&B configuration skills.
• Experience leading client workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall solution architecture and technical design for an Oracle CC&B 25.4 upgrade.
• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Assess the existing CC&B environment and identify technical dependencies, risks and upgrade considerations.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, review existing functionality and define the target solution.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solution designs.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Solution Architect to lead the overall solution architecture and design activities for an Oracle CC&B 25.4 upgrade programme.

The role requires extensive Oracle CC&B expertise, proven upgrade experience and the ability to take ownership of solution design, technical architecture and stakeholder engagement throughout the upgrade life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall solution architecture and technical design for an Oracle CC&B 25.4 upgrade.


• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices.


• Assess the existing CC&B environment and identify technical dependencies, risks and upgrade considerations.


• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, review existing functionality and define the target solution.


• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solution designs.

Required Experience

• Extensive Oracle Utilities CC&B experience with a strong background in solution architecture and technical design.


• Demonstrable experience delivering at least one Oracle CC&B upgrade, preferably two or more.


• Proven experience acting as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on Oracle CC&B implementation or upgrade programmes.


• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, solution design and CC&B configuration.


• Experience defining end-to-end technical solutions across Oracle CC&B environments.


• Strong understanding of CC&B architecture, integrations, customisations and upgrade considerations.


• Experience leading client workshops and engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
