Job description:

Role Title: Service Cloud Architect

Minimum experience: 10-12 years

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and scalability considerations.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for Oracle B2C Service.
• Develop a solid understanding of the Oracle B2C Service Cloud data model and architecture.
• Integrate Oracle B2C Service Cloud with external systems using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead at least one major digital transformation project.
• Manage client and vendor relationships effectively.
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis within the platform.
