We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle EPM Senior Manager to join our team. This position focuses on delivering high-quality Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, primarily within the government and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle EPM solutions across various projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the delivery and implementation process.
• Navigate between technical and functional requirements to ensure seamless integration and operation of EPM systems.
• Manage a significant pipeline of Oracle EPM opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle EPM propositions to provide value-driven solutions to clients.
• Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Senior Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on government and defense projects.
• Ability to gain SC Clearance, with a preference for British nationals or dual nationals who have resided in the UK for over 5 years.
• Strong technical background, with an understanding of design elements and earlier technical career experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Higher education qualifications are advantageous, particularly in relation to government and defense sectors.
• Experience with Anaplan is beneficial but not essential.

Primarily London-based, with consideration for regional placements depending on the candidate and project requirements.
