About the role:

Get ready to make a difference! We're seeking a passionate and skilled individual to bring their expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/11i) and Oracle Database Core Technology to our vibrant team.

You will report directly to our Infrastructure Services Manager and play a crucial role in guiding our customers through incidents, changes, and problem requests, ensuring successful resolutions.

This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while being part of a high-performing team that values communication, innovation, and results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Participating in customer technical meetings and providing guidance
• Assisting with incidents, changes, and problems to ensure smooth resolutions
• Delivering expert consulting services and solutions aligned with customer needs
• Leading projects such as upgrades, implementations, and migrations
• Translating customer requirements into practical solutions

What we’re looking for:

To succeed, you should have:

• Technical experience in Oracle Database Core Technology (RAC, ASM, Data Guard)
• Knowledge of complex database and application issues
• Understanding of Oracle Middleware technology stack
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/11i)
• Exposure to Cloud Operations (OCI, Azure, AWS)
• Shell scripting proficiency
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server or Application Server
• Experience with end-to-end projects (upgrades, migrations)
• Bid support and estimation experience
• Active Security Clearance

Additional desired experience includes:

• Oracle or Cloud certifications (OBIEE/Informatica)
• Single Sign-On/Oracle Access Manager
