Oracle Analytics Lead

Whitehall Resources is seeking an Oracle Analytics Lead for a major public sector transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week on-site.

The successful candidate will lead a newly formed analytics and AI function, driving data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, Commercial, and other business services. Responsibilities include shaping analytics strategy, developing products with Oracle Analytics Cloud, and leading a small team to deliver insights at scale.

Requirements include:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
• Background in data product delivery in complex environments
• Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud or Oracle eBusiness Suite
• Strong skills in data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting
• Knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, and cloud integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud
• Leadership experience and ability to collaborate with stakeholders

Desirable qualities include:

• Ownership of analytics, AI, and reporting product roadmaps
• Participation in high-impact transformation programmes
• Advocacy for data governance, literacy, and evidence-based decisions
