We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Analytics and Reporting Architect to design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and other relevant tools to drive informed decision-making and support organizational goals.

As an Oracle Analytics Architect with a deep knowledge of Oracle Analytics and Reporting technologies such as BIP, FDI, OTBI, and OAC, you will lead the design and development of reporting and analytics solutions supporting ERP systems based on both on-premises and cloud-based architectures. You will focus on Machine Learning, best practices, architecture, and design of analytics and reporting solutions to help our clients implement complex requirements, including data ingestion from disparate sources (both structured and unstructured).

Hybrid working: The work location will vary according to your role, needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will undergo pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

Operate as an Analytics Architect to support complex reporting solutions for Oracle ERP implementations, both on-premises and cloud-based using Oracle technologies like FDI, BIP, OAC, and others.

  • Design and implement performant and scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other teams to deliver reporting and analytical capabilities that meet complex client needs. Contribute to shaping best practices and frameworks to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
  • Support key testing phases and liaise with senior stakeholders regarding planning, strategy, and defect resolution.
  • Solve problems for large, corporate clients across sectors, working in cross-disciplinary, agile, and distributed teams in the UK. Manage defect resolution and artefacts.
  • Communicate implementation approaches and design methodologies to offshore development teams working alongside UK resources. Support testing cycles, SIT, UAT, and stakeholder communication.

We promote an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work, and building a diverse, welcoming environment is part of our daily life.

Your skills and experience

Extensive experience designing analytical and reporting solutions, preferably with Oracle SaaS or Oracle E-Business Suite implementations. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in roles including people leadership, project delivery, and building a strong data capability based on industry best practices.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build productive relationships with clients and peers.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with distributed delivery (Off-Shore / On-Shore).
  • Understanding of data extraction techniques from SaaS modules or Oracle E-Business Suite (e.g., HR/Payroll, Finance, Procurement) and experience in architecting reporting solutions to derive insights.
  • Knowledge of BIP, FDI, OAC, and other reporting tools, with experience on cloud platforms, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, you must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years and meet other criteria. During recruitment, questions about your eligibility for security clearance will be asked, including nationality and residence history. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals for security reasons.
