Pre-employment checks include: identity verification, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

Operate as an Analytics Architect to support complex reporting solutions for Oracle ERP implementations, both on-premises and cloud-based, using Oracle technologies like FDI, BIP, OAC, etc.

  • Design and implement performant and scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other teams to deliver reporting capabilities that meet complex client needs. Help shape best practices and frameworks for delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Support testing cycles, liaise with stakeholders on planning, strategy, and defect resolution.
  • Resolve problems for large clients across sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile, and distributed teams in the UK. Manage defect resolution and artefacts.
  • Communicate implementation approaches and design methodologies to offshore teams working alongside UK resources. Support key testing phases like SIT and UAT and coordinate with senior stakeholders.

We promote an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work, fostering diversity and inclusion as part of our daily culture.

Your skills and experience

The candidate should have extensive experience designing analytical and reporting solutions, ideally with Oracle SaaS or Oracle E-Business Suite implementations. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in multiple roles such as people leadership, project delivery, and building a strong data capability based on industry best practices.
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders, building productive relationships with clients and peers.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with distributed delivery (Off-Shore / On-Shore).
  • Understanding of data extraction techniques from SaaS modules or Oracle E-Business Suite (HR/Payroll, Finance, Procurement) and experience in architecting reporting solutions for data insights.
  • Knowledge of BIP, FDI, OAC, and other reporting solutions, along with familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
