Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist in diverse procedures and maintain a safe intraoperative setting. You will work in the scrub area, supporting the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care under nursing supervision.
The role requires 1-3 years of OR experience, a high school diploma, and graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program, with CST/CFA certification preferred and BLS certification
The surgical technologist assists with all types of surgical procedures, and performs related services in order to give optimum nursing care under the direction of a professional nurse. This person functions in the scrub area and works with the surgical team to provide a safe intraoperative environment for the patient undergoing an operative procedure.
