• Minimum of one year of perioperative or surgical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct nursing care to surgical patients in an acute care setting.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy.
• Documents all aspects of patient care in the EMR clearly and accurately.
• Monitors patient condition and communicates with the healthcare team, patient, and family.
• Coordinates transfers, discharge, and referrals as needed.
• Educates patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post‑operative care.
