Optronics Research and Technology (R&T) Business Manager
Location: Reading, Bristol, or Crawley

The Opportunity:
Join Thales OME as a Business Development Manager, supporting electro-optic system development, assessing feasibility, and managing R&T projects from early research to prototypes. Focus areas include electro-optic sensors, imaging systems, optical design, algorithms, machine learning, and AI with a defence and security emphasis.
Responsibilities include identifying funding opportunities, liaising with R&T teams, exploring business opportunities with government, academia, and industry, and representing Thales at conferences.
About You:
Essential:Security clearance: Full SC clearance or ability to obtain it is essential.
