A typical day involves conducting eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and extended service examinations. You will work alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards.

Our extended NHS service contracts allow us to provide comprehensive care for eye conditions, and we support you in gaining additional accreditations needed for these services.

We are committed to your professional development through our CPD programme and funded protected time for further accreditations, helping you meet evolving eye care needs.

You will be supported by in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries.

We seek a dedicated Optometrist eager to join our team, contribute to excellent service, and foster positive community relationships.

Use your clinical skills and passion to create memorable customer experiences.

You'll be:

• A fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC
• A registered performer with your NHS area team or health board
• MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months, funded and supported by us)
• On track to meet CPD statutory points requirements
• Passionate about developing new patient services and shaping departmental culture

Applicants must be registered with the GOC and have evidence of Right To Work in the UK. Evidence of NHS performer list registration and clinical references are required. Welsh applicants must provide WECS and WGOS accreditation evidence.
