Job summary

Inspired Selections Group seeks an optometrist for a Tunbridge Wells practice, offering 3–4 days per week with 9am–5pm weekdays and Saturdays 9am–2pm. Test times are 30–35 minutes, and there are no sales KPIs, fostering a clinical-first culture with strong team support.

The role emphasises MECS and Medical Retina development, with full back‑up from DOs and reception staff in a relaxed, independent environment, ideal for long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• GOC-registered Optometrist, newly qualified or experienced welcome.
• Interest in clinical development (MECS, IP, Medical Retina).
• Comfortable in a relaxed, independent-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30–35 minute eye examinations with pre-screening.
• Provide exceptional clinical care including MECS and contact lens services.
• Collaborate with the in-practice team (1 Optometrist, 2 DOs, receptionists).
• Maintain accurate records in line with GOC guidelines.
• Support clinical training and development within the team.
