Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am-6pm
As an Optical Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage your team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants, ensure compliance, review sales forecasts and targets, and handle customer queries. You will also manage clinic operations and ensure the shop floor is well-equipped to meet customer needs.
Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team, demonstrating confident leadership and organizational skills to manage a busy, fast-paced environment.
