Role Description

Your typical day will involve screening patients, coaching and training the team, and maintaining standards in the department.

Support is available from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical or service-related queries.

Candidate Profile

You should be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, with NHS registration or a health board registration. Accreditation with MECs or WECs is preferred, or willingness to gain accreditation within 12 months, supported and funded by us. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, developing new patient services, and shaping the department's culture.
