About the Role

Taylor Biddle has been serving the local community since 1994. We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built for delivering high-quality, personalised eye care in a relaxed and friendly environment. Our team of 23 includes experienced Optometrists, Dispensing opticians, and support staff who work together to provide a wide range of clinical services.

Our practices offer:

We’re also an accredited provider of NHS eye care services, including community-based eye health support. We are privileged to work with a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

This is a part-time position across 3 or 4 days per week, ideally including an alternate Saturday. You’ll have the time and clinical tools to offer each patient a thorough and tailored experience, supported by a knowledgeable and friendly team. We’re looking for someone who shares our patient-first approach and is confident in both their clinical and communication skills.

Support for Your Development

We’re passionate about continuous development and are happy to support further training — particularly in Independent Prescribing, Glaucoma management, and more. Our wider team already includes professionals with enhanced skills, so you’ll be part of an environment where learning is actively encouraged and supported.
