  • Leading clinics and providing specialist care and advice to all patients
  • Testing eyes using the latest technology while maintaining outstanding patient care
  • Delivering enhanced services dependant on the store needs
  • Responding to emergency triages
  • Working with external healthcare professionals
  • Providing clinical support to team members on the shop floor
  • Providing advice to patients using your clinical knowledge
  • Keeping up to date with latest clinical practices
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders

Need To Know

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Optometrist to join us on a resident basis at Boots Opticians Woking, ideally working Sunday to Thursday. The store is in a busy town centre, close to the train station with no free parking available. The practice has market-leading products such as Meta & Nuance, and recently added advanced equipment like the OCT and three phoropters in each room. We are looking for an optometrist who would like to share knowledge by being a pre-registration supervisor. You will work alongside 9 colleagues in a 3-testing-room practice consisting of 1 CLO, 1 resident optometrist, and 1 pre-registration optometrist.
