Salary – Up to £70,000 DoE

Working with state of the art technologies, we support the NHS, providing patients with the highest standards of clinical care. We provide a range of services including: Cataract, YAG Laser Treatment, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics and General Ophthalmology.
Due to an increasing workload, ACES have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Optometrist who holds a Higher Certificate in Glaucoma to join our amazing and supportive team in our Thetford clinic. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and developing business and benefit from our fantastic fully funded training and development programs.
You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team working alongside ophthalmologists. We are looking for experienced IP optometrists with the higher certificate / higher diploma in glaucoma to triage, carry out general outpatient, pre-operative and post-operative glaucoma consultations, assess the suitability of glaucoma patients for treatment and managing patients according to group clinical directives and national policies. While experience of undertaking laser clinics, to include SLT, is desirable, this clinical application can be educated under the group ophthalmologist-led mentor programme.
