A typical day involves completing eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and extended service examinations. You will work alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards.

Due to our NHS extended service contracts, we are committed to providing comprehensive eye care, supporting you to gain additional relevant accreditations.

We are dedicated to training our Optometrists through our CPD program and funded protected time for further accreditations, helping you develop your skills and meet evolving eye care needs.

You will be supported by in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC
• Registered performer with NHS area team or health board
• MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months, funded and supported by us)
• On track to meet CPD points requirement
• Passionate about developing patient services and departmental culture

Applicants must provide evidence of registration with the GOC and Right To Work in the UK. NHS performer list evidence and clinical references are required. In Wales, WECS and WGOS accreditation evidence is needed.
