Led by an experienced and professional team our aim is to provide a personalised customer journey combined with exceptional customer service for every patient. We stock a large selection of eyewear brands such as Cutler & Gross, Gucci, Lindberg, Kirk & Kirk and the store is based in beautiful heritage surroundings of Greenwich.

Role Description

This is for a full or part time Optometrist role either as a resident or regular locum position predominently based in Greenwich. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, diagnosing eye conditions, and providing expert advice on eye care and lens recommendations. They will work closely with the team and management to ensure the best possible vision correction for patients and will be part of building the store’s reputation to help contribute to store growth.

Qualifications

• Optometry degree and GOC registered
• Qualified for a minimum of two years practising as an Optometrist
• Preferably SEL MECs accredited but not essential
• Professionally conducting eye examinations, contact lens work and diagnosing eye conditions with OCT knowledge and experience
• Strong knowledge of corrective lens options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well and motivate others in a team environment
• Contribute and support with staff training
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
• Customer service skills and a patient centered approach
• Be commercially aware supporting the team in achieving growth and reaching targets

Working hours:

Clinics will run Tuesday-Saturday with 45 minute testing.

Monday-Friday 10-5.30pm
