About the Role

Your typical day will involve screening patients, coaching and training the wider team, and maintaining standards in the department.

We are dedicated to supporting our Optometrists with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a fantastic CPD programme and protected time for further accreditation funded by Asda. You will have access to in-store, regional, and head office support teams to assist with clinical and service-related queries.

About You

You will be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, with NHS performer status or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months of joining. You should be on track to meet CPD points requirements, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and eager to develop new patient services. Working alongside the Optical Manager, you will help create an environment of clinical and operational excellence, supporting coaching and training within the department.
