Job summary

Boots Opticians is seeking an Optometrist to lead clinics, conduct advanced eye assessments, and support a collaborative patient-care environment. You’ll use the latest testing technology, advise on eye health, and contribute to a strong store leadership team.

You will be GOC registered (or close to it), with NHS performer number and a keen interest in patient care and teamwork. A role with career growth and regional leadership opportunities awaits.

As an Optometrist at Boots, you’ll play a key role in delivering brilliant patient care – using the latest tech, working alongside experienced colleagues, and supporting your community with clinical excellence. • Playing a key role in your store’s leadership team, bringing energy and insight to every shift

What You’ll Need To Have (Must-haves)

• We’re looking for Optometrists who are confident, compassionate, and always focused on doing the right thing for patients.
• GOC registered (or expecting to be within 6 months)
• NHS performer number (or working towards it)
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A genuine interest in patient care and team collaboration

It would be great if you also have

• Experience supporting enhanced services
• A strong understanding of local clinical networks
